Westport Tourism Organisation.
The winner of the Westport Dessert competition 2010
was announced after the judging in the Wyatt Hotel in
Westport town on Wednesday 19th May.
Mr Danny Coleman from Delphi Lodge Mountain Resort
who produced a dish entitled "A Trilogy Of Westport"
was the chosen winner on the night and walked away
with the winners prize of €1000. Congratulations!!
There were over 20 entries for the competition and
Catherine O'Grady-Power thanked everyone for the
wonderful array of desserts on display. She hoped this
bode well for future competitions run in conjunction with
Westport Tourism.
