At the present time the club comprises of over 40 members from all types of Catering establishments in County Mayo.
Many of the members are active in cookery competitions while others strive to improve the profile of local produce and local producers.
The club holds a charity fundraiser annually and this year the club is raising funds for the Mayo emigrant liason committee to enable them to bring some Irish Ex-patriots home for a short break.
Over the past number of years the club and some of its members have raised over €200,000 for various local charities as well as helping with some foreign aid.
The club hosts many social events which are very popular with members. Poker nights, dart nights,fishing trips,golfing outings, going to the races etc. These activities bring our members together and allows them to network together. New chefs moving into the area find this a very valuable resource.
