Before any chef can go cooking they will need a few things, A good set of knives are vital, as is proper cookware. Another vital tool is a guide to weights and measures. Cooking is a science and it does require some accuracy. Some chefs throw a little of this or that into a recipe but if it is to be top quality every time you need to be as accurate as possible. For That reason we are including a table from our cookery booklet to guide you with recipe weights and measures.
We urge all cooks or foodies to print off this guide as it will prove invaluable for all types of recipe.
